Rahu

Rahu is the ascending lunar node personified as a graha in Jyotisha and Hindu mythology, with traditions that emphasise eclipses, ambition, obscuration, unconventional paths and worldly desire in astrological interpretation. Images of Rahu are commonly recognised through serpentine or severed-head form and eclipse imagery. The name is also encountered as North Lunar Node.
